Tuition is due by the first of the month.
For parents using any weekly payment plan, tuition is due each Friday. A late fee will be assessed if the payment is not made by Monday.
1. Tuition may be mailed to Heritage Christian School, 239 Mount Herman Road, Hudson, NC 28638. Tuition may be paid in the school office during regular office hours of Monday-Friday 8:00 AM-4:00 PM. For your convenience Heritage Christian School accepts cash, check, money order or major credit cards (Discover, Visa or Master Card) for payment of tuition, lunch charges and any other student fees.
2. A late fee of 1½ % per month (or a minimum of $5.00) will be charged on any school account showing a balance on or after the fifth of any given month. Students will not be admitted to class if payments are one month in arrears or two weeks in arrears for those using any weekly payment plan.
3. Heritage Christian School endeavours to keep low tuition rates for the benefit of each parent. For this reason, we conduct annual fund-raising programs and anticipate each child’s and/or parent’s participation in helping raise additional funds needed for the designated school projects. The school receives no federal assistance.
4. Extended school day charges are posted at the end of the month.

2019-20 STUDENT TUITION (Grades 1-12)
First Student - $2,760.00 per year or ten equal monthly payments of $276.00 per month
Second Student - $2,410.00 per year or ten equal monthly payments of $240.00 per month
Third Student - $1,980.00 per year or ten equal monthly payments of $198.00 per month
Fourth Student - $1,440.00 per year or ten equal monthly payments of $144.00 per month

HALF DAY Kindergarten (4-5 Year Olds) -
$2,510.00 per year or ten equal monthly payments of $251.00 per month
FULL DAY Kindergarten (4-5 Year Olds) -
$2,760.00 per year or ten equal monthly payments of $276.00 per month.

K5-12 Registration Fee - $150.00/year (must be paid before first day of school)
Kindergarten Book Fee - $260.00/year
1st-8th Grades Book Fee - $260.00/year
9th-12th Grades Book Fee- $290.00/year
2019-20 ADDITIONAL FEES AND CHARGES
Athletic Fee (Grades 6-12 for those who play a sport) - $100.00/year (billed to accounts in March 2016)
Computer Lab Usage and Technology Fee (Grades 7-12) - $10.00/month (billed to accounts monthly)
2019-20 EXTENDED SCHOOL DAY CHARGES
A.M. Or P.M. Only - $70.00/month
Both A.M. And P.M. - $90.00/month
Drop-In Charge (A.M. Or P.M.) - $7.50/day
A.M. begins at 6:30 AM and ends at 7:45 AM. P.M. begins at 3:20 PM and ends at 5:30 PM.
REFUND AND WITHDRAWAL POLICY:
Upon student withdrawal or expulsion, student registration fees are not refundable. Once books have been ordered for a student, book fees are not refundable. Tuition refunds are prorated to the next school day following withdraw.
